Working commitments

  2. Primary sources are preferred; significant uncertainty is stated.
  3. No automated draft publishes without accountable human review.

Accountability

Questions, corrections, and evidence should be routed to the named editorial owner. The production system must preserve the date, decision, and version associated with every material change.
